to ensure that quality is built into our products, our Quality Assurance
team is trained to follow every step of the ISO 9002 Quality System
Procedures. The team detects any defective component that may be
present along our processes, so that every piece of output is always
right "on spec".


Our Quality Policy

customers' satisfaction through competitive cost and timely delivery.

Strict inspections are executed from incoming material to finished goods through:

Personnel Certification: All personnel is properly trained, evaluated
and certified.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control: Inspection over incoming materials
based on supplier management strategy.
FAI - First Article Inspection: Approval from QA for the first
production output.
On-line Inspections: Performed by the production operators before
passing the part to the next operation.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control:  Product and process
parameters inspection.
FQA- Final Quality Audit: Form, fit, cosmetic and functional
examination for added assurance of our finished goods prior to
shipment.

The control systems implemented in Likom de Mexico include:
